So far all is fantastic! We moved in last week after traveling from CO and it was SO clean & move in ready in our apartment it made life so much easier for us. The three bedrooms are a great size & the community is well kept.
My girlfriend and I have had an amazing experience moving in and living here over the past few months. I know dealing with the circumstances at hand that we've all been trying to adjust through during this year (COVID) Dannica, Hunter and Mandy have and continue to do their best at making the best of the situation. Extending pool hours and opening the office building recently have greatly improved the ability for all residence to access the amenities offered here at AOB. Food trucks are often on site to give us an opportunity to meet other residents. If you're planning on moving in don't forget to follow AOB on all social platforms because they post regularly, showing all that Charleston has to offer. I love living here, continue to do a great job guys!
Tyler, the maintenance man who came today, fixed the bathroom and kitchen light issues we had so quickly! No issues at all, sweet guy, clearly knowledgeable! One more thing to love about this apartment! :)
I had a great experience with maintenance. I had an issue with my garbage disposal and Chris came but very swiftly and fixed the issue. He was very professional as well. Great quality service from him. Atlantic On The Boulevard is very lucky to have someone like Chris on their Staff
Made a maintenance request this morning due to water pooling outside of my AC unit; Chris was over by the same afternoon and it only took him a few minutes to clean everything up and fix it!
Just moved in and needed a lint trap for my dryer. I submitted a request online and Tyler came by and dropped it off and checked if there was anything else that I needed. Honestly the whole process was super easy
