I moved in a few weeks ago. The warm welcome from Anne D. and the leasing staff was a major factor in my decision to move here. Anne literally welcomed me with open arms. Her hospitality and exceptional customer service made me feel like I was home. Also, the location is great and secure. The maintenance staff is courteous and always eager to help. The development including the amenities are well maintained. I can't wait to go for in dip in the pool!

I love living here, this is my retirement home, I am very happy. The staff is always friendly and helpful and loving, I highly recommend them to everyone, I love the location, the amenities, I feel safe and secure here, Gene, Ann and all the staff is outstanding, Tim is very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, if you are looking for your next home with many benefits, you will find it at The Atlantic on the Blvd .

Great meet and greet upon arrival. We had apartments already locked in but when we visited the staff was so friendly and apartments were so great we switched to Atlantic

The property is nicely kept and well maintained. Management is friendly and professional. Not to mention the amenities A+. Safe place during mandatory evacuation lol. Highly recommended.

It has been Absolutely Perfect . Anne has been the best ! Walked us thru the whole process without one hick up . So Glad this was our final choice . LOWCOUNTRY AT IT'S BEST !

Wonderful staff, amenities, and location! Pet-friendly and close to some favorite restaurants! Couldn't have asked for a better first home as a newly married couple.
